Apologies for not having sent you my feedback presonally first fo all! Secondly I simply spoke about my opinion, and I feel it came across as a very personal attack on you, which is not the case...I think I simply chose the wrong forum to express my frustrations...!

I feel you are the one of the most beautiful woman on this planet, with amazing hair..specially when u make those buns and then go...!

It's only my opinion about what I felt about your video, and yes I was a bit frustrated coz when I paid for the video and saw it afterwards...I was extremely dissapointed only coz I compared it to all that i have seen earlier at by other ladies doing the same stuff...and I guess thats not my fault too coz when you pay for something, you do expect a totally classy and the minimum level of professional work at least...otherwise charge less!

The fact is, tho huge debates have raged on on this topic...but the fact is, we are consumers, and we have an expectation of a certain standards...at a hotel or a restraunt, if you make a complaint, there are chances of service recovery, a bill being comped, or discounts given etc. but not in case of purchasing stuff like a video off of the net, like yours...thats the truth! You wont shoot another video and send it to me for free right?

I totally appreciate what you guys do, and love what you do as well...but then there are certain standards of quality that needs to be maintained in whatever you do...and since you know and I know that you mint money thru these public forums..where people advertize and promote your videos etc. by praising them to high heaven...then you should be prepared to handle public feedback too !!! Part of the game!
