Out of curiosity, what's the fastest growing hair you've seen on someone?

I met a younger girl (about 19 years old or so) who had this dark red hair down to the bottom of her butt. I asked her how long she had been growing it for, and she claimed it grew three inches a month. Might have been a lie, but I've seen people grow two inches in a month.

Knew a girl who had native american ethnicity, and her hair grew from the bottom of her shoulders to the top of her butt in a year (she was 5'10").
