Well, I majored in history in college, so I'll give this a try.


I've heard tell that Elvis liked to put "little elvis" in Priscilla's beehive hairdo.


In 1974-1975, Penthouse Magazine had several "Forum" letters about hairjobs, though that term wasn't used. It was more "hair fucking" than a hairjob.


I've also heard there was a novel about Green Berets in Vietnam that mentioned Vietnamese women using their long hair on American soldiers, but I've never seen it.


In "For Whom the Bell Tolls," Ernest Hemmingway wrote about a nurse with long hair, and how it made a tent around them, but he never specifically talked about a hairjob.
