Am I living in the wrong country ? I live in Holland and I do not see a lot of women wearing their hair kneelength let alone ankle length.

I saw 3 women wearing their hair between butt and knee length (no offence but I mean the Dutch girls; from other cultural groups like Indonesian, Maroc etc I see lot more girls with long hair here in Holland.

As I look on the internet, I see Russian, US, Canadian, Indian, Vietnamese, Chinese women with really long hair. Which I like of course

Shall I have to move to another country ? Is long hair cultural related ?
