She admitted as much during an interview on Bob Costas' old late night program more than a decade ago when she was discussing her seeming idiot-savant ability to recall in detail the events of any day of her life. Costas chose the date at random without knowing the significance it held for her. When he then asked her whether she remembered the name of her very first partner, she demurred in telling him.
