There's also an obscure film called "Twilight of the Ice Nymphs" which has three long-haired goddesses:

The lighting is way-weird and the story incomprehensible, but the visuals CANNOT BE DENIED.

It shows up on SHOWTIME ocassionally, and Netflix has it (2.5 stars).
