Similar experience at the gym this morning. Nothing is harder than being an old guy and seeing a young girl at the gym with a waist length pencil-straight brown ponytail working out. Trying not to look is like trying not to laugh in a situation you're not suppose to be laughing.

What a hairjob that ponytail would make....
