Her hair looks like paradise to me, soft and full, and its ends are nowhere to be seen on this picture. If they are split or not cannot be told from this photo.

If you engage such thick hair in some swift motion, as seems to be the case here, it will look entangled although it is really not, because a thousand strands simply tend to move into different directions, getting into each other´s way in the process.

There is absolutely no reason on the picture for such harsh judgments as yours.
