I agree for the most part. I've known plenty of women in my lifetime who went from 5s or 6s to 8s or 9s after they grew their hair long. But, in what is probably a minority viewpoint here, I think the more hair length matters to a woman's attractiveness, the less attractive the woman. For instance, I've dated a super hot woman once whose hair was super thick but length-wise varied from mid-back to shoulder-length, but I didn't really care that much either way. But then I've known other girls with long hair who I would never look at twice with short hair who became super attractive with long hair.
