Some more segmentation update needed (Which is not your shortcoming, but the AI Model lacks it), and the hair texture is matte/blurry, compared to the rest of her face.

Also, I'd have to look at why the skin looks like a lot of makeup .. may be the ai is applying a DoF effect, that blurs out small ridges and valleys on the skin.
