In my experience, best thick hair genes are in Latin America (Venezuela and Brazil has the perfect mix of thick hair genetics), But India, Armenia, Phillipines, Russia, Ukraine and of course Spain has awesome thick hair genes.

But I have seen awesome thick ponytails in dutch, german and french girls too...
