Well that's great that the guy's name, IP address, and location are known. Assuming that the information is true, then I'm sure steps will be taken to punish this person for their wrongdoing. I didn't know this person was an actual member of her site that joined and then distributed her copyrighted material.

Anyway, again it sucks what happened, but I hope one bad apple won't spoil the tree for Marianne. She shouldn't throw away her labor of love just because of what one person did. It's always a possibility for something like this to happen again, but she can't sit around and spend her days worrying over it.
