I hate to hear this, though I was not really a Marianne fan. I cannot blame her for making this business decision, though what was stolen are OLD pictures - she certainly planned to do newer photo shoots, didn't she?

I say prosecute, to the fullest, the jacka** that illegally posted her older photos...they are copyrighted, correct? She probably can get help from the ISP that hosted this guy's sharing site. Then too, if she has the credit card or bank information belonging to this piece of sh*t, she could either make use of it or post it here for everyone to see. Actually, that may not be a bad idea -- sounds like she has quite a few "adopted" big brothers that would love to stomp this a**hole into the ground. Posting his credit card or bank info here could be more fun than a copyright infringement lawsuit. Hey, just a thought!
