I don't recall ever saying anything about having a hair philosophy. If I have any philosophy for hair, it's the same that Head & Shoulders follows:

"Respect the scalp, love the hair".

But anyway, I don't think it was right for you to just go up to her hair and to start touching it like that. You know you can get in big trouble with the law for doing that to a lady. You can't just go up to a woman and start touching her even if it's only her hair.

Assuming your story is really true, it's great you got to touch her hair and the hair of those other women. However, I don't approve of you just touching it out of nowhere like that. I think it's wonderful to compliment a woman on her hair, but if you want to touch it you should ask for permission.
