Some of the older .avi files were encoded in the DivX codec, which we've quit using since a lot of you don't have that particular Codec installed on your players. We've now gone to encoding all the videos in .WMV for streaming.

If you have a Mac, Dude (you mentioned the QuickTime player), microsoft DOES have a Windows Media Player (I think it's version 7?) which they make specifically for use on your computer...it's a "mac" version. You can find that at Microsoft's download site as well ! (and it's FREE )
