That's way beyond my skill level. It's simple enough to copy a bit of

hair from one spot to another, but getting the strands to look like

they fit together can require some very delicate manipulation. Getting

hair to look like it's wrapping around something would require real

artistic ability. If you started with a photo where her hair is wrapped

around something like a round brush for blow-drying, you could

substitute a different cylindrical object for the brush, but even that

would require some tedious selection, and the resulting pose would

probably be quite unnatural.
