I agree you WERE entitled to a refund, or the fulfillment of your access to the site. I'm very sure that Leona would have done the right thing, as soon as she was able. If you couldn't wait, the proper thing to have done would have been to send her an email in private. Now you have burned your bridge and have made a very bad impression on most of the people who come here.
