From a pure businness standpoint you are right. However: this isn't about a big, anonymous corporate site, it's about a personal site. Leona invested a lot of energy and hard work to offer such a great product, and now it's gone. A more mature individual would probably feel some compassion and understand that a few lost dollars are sad, but spare Leona from getting even more trouble. We all want to see her again ASAP and should support her now!
