Really sorry to hear about everything that is going on.

I have a huge amount of respect for you, it must not have been easy to publish it all here.

-and unfortunately leaves you open for a bit of criticism from some inconsiderate fools who are just interested in themselves.

you sound like you've got your head screwed on, (just don't let your negative emotions get the better of you).
