I dated a local newscaster not too long ago. When I met her, her hair was an inch or two past her shoulders, and I told her how beautiful it was, and that she should grow it longer. Turns out, that length was actually long for her as she was growing it out to wear it up for a wedding. I told her she shouldnt cut it, but she said she just didnt like long hair. After the wedding she cut it to her shoulders, and I caught her on tv not too long ago and it doesnt even touch her shoulders these days.

All of the girls on her station seem to have the exact same hairstyle.

On a related note; she was probably my first and last experience dating a newscaster, as I found her and her newscaster friends (they are only friends with each other) to be completely full of themselves. And keep in mind, this is a small, local station. I can only imagine what famous newscasters are like....
