Worst case scenario - they have tracked down some really stupid kiddy who uploads/downloads LOT of Hollywood movs ... then what ????

He / she can argue that her/his system has been compromised / hacked or whatever ... he she was not home / on the keyboard when it happened ... Someone used her password/login The killer came and under the gun she had no choice, but upload the fu..ing movie

what else - just use your imagination - how can someone accuse you of doing anything in the past or future while they never been there and have no physical proof ??????
