Yes, there are tremendous amounts of spam hitting the forum, and it sucks mightily. At least they're easier to pick out by title/name than those damn "cameraware" ads.

But those long series of spam get cleaned out pretty regularly. It may not be on a regularly scheduled time, but maybe the moderators are in a different timezone and are asleep when the spam hits?

I wouldn't diss the moderators when this site and its moderation are all from volunteers. It could certainly be worse.

Maybe there could be additional moderators to help with spam deletion?
