You have Never purchased a download from us. If you had you would know we us Windows Media Play files (.wmv) not (mpg) format.

If you every do purchase from us we will be glad to help you all you will need to do is to e-mail us and give me your order number and we will help.

We have over 100 people a day that download videos from us and no one else is reporting trouble.
