Rachel Sterling (b. November 11, 1979, in Corpus Christi, Texas) is an American model, actress and dancer. She is of Mexican, Korean and Apache descent.

Sterling has appeared in the Italian edition of Vogue as well as various lad mags, including Maxim, Stuff, FHM, and the May 2006 issue of Playboy. She has appeared in movies like "The Wedding Crashers" and "A Man Apart". She attended The Dusa Conservatory for acting for 4 years. She has also been cast in several music videos by such artists as Shaggy, Kid Rock, Ja Rule, ''''Velvet'''' Revolver, and No Doubt, and danced in The Pussycat Dolls. She is the creator of her own Rock & Roll dance group The Sugar Blush Beauties
