translator [no offence]
i'm having rapid trouble,,too.
i usually get a ''start over page and wait 2 more minutes.
the second r 3rd time,,,it will start loading.
i change the 'server box' to cotangent 3. [4got what it's call,,BUTT,,level 3]
not sure that ^ helps...
surfing with a proxy sucks,,at rapid. [my ip uses one]
sometimes it says i'm allready downloading.
sometimes it says 'wait 69 minutes' and the next try,,it will work.?.
i like several other host sites better.

if you have downloaded the file then rapid is not the problem.
if you try to play a clip and get a 'codec' error or just audio,,,try
vlc movie player 12mbs
it plays all files xxxcept for quicktime and
you can make snapshots and
it has fastforward/slow longhair in motion and
is my default player,,now..
[still use mediaplayer for music cd's]
sorry...ino nuttin bout 'mac'...
