Re: Re: What do we here???

Yeah... even though those rules are set in motion, it doesn't mean that taking every picture off of the internet is stealing. Leona, the only thing I'm seeing is that you ONLY want to make money off of your pictures... whenver somebody posts a link to one of your pictures, if it doesn't say WWW.LONGHAIRDIVAS.COM, you throw a complete and total shitfit. Not saying that you don't have every right to do that... they're your copyrighted pictures.

What I've noticed is how a lot of people are really taking the copyright rules and misinterpretting them further than they really should. Somebody was taken into lawsuit over taking a picture of french fries on a local ferry ride up here in Seattle. It's a load of shit when people sue other people over common things like that. Honestly, you should think about all those street shot websites of those guys who take pictures of women's hair without them knowing. That's pretty creepy. AND it's stealing their image so guys from Los Angeles to Timbuktu can get off to the site of long locks. Sometimes, there's a lot of unjustified bullshit that goes on, and there's never enough people around to police it.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that running around going HEY THOSE ARE MY PHOTOS is just being greedy. I'm not saying that I ever stole any of your photos before(I actually had a subscription to LHP when you were on for about a few months... then I realized I was using my credit card to masturbate, which kinda made me set my priorities straight and cancel), but sometimes you gotta let things slide. Look how many of Anya's and Penny's pictures make it on here, and they could care less. To them, it's free advertising, mostly because everybody new to here already knows who they are... and they're the same with you too, considering you're one of the ONLY blonde women out there with calf-length beautiful locks. I think that's all that needs to be said.
