Your problem is in your web browser settings. It is set to "compress" the images. If you recently updated your AOL version it will definitely cause this. If you have AOL, open the AOL page, at the top find the icon for "settings". Left click it. It will give you a list of several items. Go to the one that says "Internet (web) options". Left click and open this then at the top pick the one that says "AOL browser". Left Click this tab one time and in the box that opens make sure that the option that says "never comprerss graphics" is selected. This should straighten out your problem.
If you don't have AOL installed on your computer then you'll have to get into the browser settings of whatever browser you are using and select the option to not decompress image files.
