I believe that the photographer's name was Djonkman. He is Dutch, and he had a website of his work at one time. I wrote to him (her?) and asked for permission to post this woman's pics at my group about four or five years ago, but I didn't get it.

Try googling "Djonkman" and "Netherlands" and see if he's still around.
