OK, I will talk to the server admin and see if there is any blocks in place. I will let you know what he says. All of those sites run from the same server.

Just out of interest what error do you get? and have you tried using Google to translate it, or tried using their proxy service. Looking at the logs when people use their accelerator it gives Google's IP, so if it was blocked by IP, this should get around it.
