It looks like the URL supplied in the original post was wrong. It gives a 404 error (page does not exist) and redirects to offshoreclicks, where dialers often come from. As PC indicated, this URL is OK:

freehostempire.com/www/jpentsite/

If you try other nonexistent URLs at freehostempire, like freehostempire.com/junk, you get the same redirect that tries to download the dialer and toolbar, and has exit pop-ups.
