Cold war relects still being built. Tax dollars wasted. States can't fund

schools, infrastructure, highways, bridges, roads filled with pot holes

and crumbling. A storm blows in and need some Federal Dollars to fix.

Hospitals closing and prisions overpopulating. Let'em go early, no

medication or help anymore.

I was in Desert Storm in 1990, and America should have marched up

into Baghdad and gotten it all over with the first time, already. Instead,

something of an oil issue, unbalancing costs, pissing off OPEC, etc.

(Stopping at the highway). Generals wanted to roll and capture

Saddam, but u know the rest of the story...
