The girl in the seventh picture is BJ, who used to have her own site. I believe she closed it down when she had a baby, but there is still a Yahoo group in existence:

I've got some of her stuff in my archive, but there is a sort of unwriitten rule here that we don't post material from ladies' personal pay-sites, and the last time I posted one of her pics the moderators deleted my post, so I haven't posted any since.
