Gayle, I have to say that if you're looking for a place where you can discuss long hair opinions and hair care and stuff like that with other women, you're in the wrong place. There are such places (as I expect you're aware), but this isn't one of them. It's always been male-oriented - no particular rule or reason, that's just the way it is.

I do strongly agree with you, though, that we should be open to discussions and not just a place to post porn (there's plenty of that around already), and I too was pissed off when the "too long" discussion got deleted just when it was getting interesting.

And those of you who whine about verbal posts and want only pictures, well, you need either to grow up and show a bit of tolerance, or go somewhere else. There's more to long hair (and life) than pornographic pictures.

Now I expect I'll get flamed too, but that's not going to stop me having my say. Especially since the author of the two abusive posts against Gayle on this thread (I'm sure it's the same person using different names) doesn't even have the guts to use a genuine e-mail address....
