Yup, that's Ela alright. She hosted her own public website for some time. Most of her pictures looked very surreal in terms of the way she had them taken, but her hair was very real. I think her website ran along through the year of 2001... way earlier than 2003, and she actually posted quite a bit on the TLHS guestbook. She was one of those people too that was easily freaked out by a hair-fetishist(pretty much everybody on this forum).
