1) Yes, watermarks are good, but some assholes remove them.

2) Yes, it is "expected" that photos will "migrate." That does NOT make it morally or ethically acceptable.

3) If you don't want your work to migrate, don't post it on the web. Save your best stuff for yourself.

People have a right to bitch about the use of their work without their permission, even if it is, unfortunately, expected. Everyone else should be respectful and understanding of that.
