If you remove every picture or post that "might" contain copyrighted material then this forum is more or less finished. In fact it calls into question the whole ethos of freedom that the web promotes. If people put stuff up on the web then they must expect that it may be reproduced elsewhere on the web, especially non commercial stuff.
