Don't become parano : I'm belgian and a LIKE american people (my wife has family in Indiana and California). Many Europeans LIKE americans because they gave us freedom against the nazis in 1945 (maybe there is a problem with a few germans who loose the war because of the amercicans?), but also because we LIKE the american way of life.

The problem is : we don't control our governments, even if we live in democracy. An other problem : the USA are VERY rich and are able to help itselve, maybe. I don't know if the USA have asked for international help, but IF the usa ask it, I'm sure Europeans will help, also Japan, Australia, ... !!!!!!!

Other problem : the % of usa help for the third world is VERY LOW (lower than european, for example).....

Other problem : the Nationalism of many people in all over the world may be an obstacle for a good and objective analysis.... In the USA, Nationalism produces blindness and paranoïa : let's remember what President Bush said when most of European Nations refused to make war against Irak :"Those which are not with us are against us". These words attest arrogance, handling and inculture of Mr Bush whose family made fortune in the weapons in Europe and oil in the USA.

Finally, I think the GREAT problem is : the usa is responsible of most of CO2 production of the world. The US Government refuses to decrease his production. Scientists say that CO2 is responsible of more and more disasters in the earth. I think that we must meditate on top. Don't you?
