well well, are you saying that the americans do not have the technology, the man power or the "know how" to help their own people????

I do not think the nation who is "helping" in Irak needs international help for it's VERY SAD domestic catastrophies... I realy am sad for the victims of the hurricane, but I also think your post is thoughtless, and provocative.

No one needs ideas like this...
