1- They are not meant to be broken or any deviation tolerated. If so why put them up in the first place?

2 - A child... and some adults... will always try to stretch the rules to try to see up to what point they can get away with it. It like a rubber band. It's fun to see up to where it stretches but it can hurt your finger when and if it does snap.
