Do a simple test.....see if the images load in MS Paint or Internet Explorer.

Have IE open and MS Paint open. Now go to the folder with the pictures and drag a picture into IE or MS Paint...they should load up...

If not they *may* be corrupted...but if they load then its the image-viewers that are acting wierd.
