It's always a sad thing isn't it? Especially when you know them. You wonder if there was something you could haev said, perhaps a compliment, that might have prevented it.

Cut *and* colored? What a shame. I'm guessing Asian? Of course, her hair will never be the same... hacking it off, adding layers and coloring... basically destroying its natural, beauty in one day.
