Half an hour ago I went to my local drugstore supermarket in search of a product I had never bought before.
Right in the aisle where I suspected the item to be I ran into a young girl (perhaps a student working part-time there on the side) in a drugstore-staff jacket who was putting items from a big trolley into the shelves.
As she turned around to pick up more from her trolley, I could see that she has the thickest dark brown/black knee-length braid I have ever seen.
Unsure as I was of what I was looking for, I ended up minutes right next to her as she moved to and fro among the shelves.
There was no one around, as it was just after the store had opened for the day; I could have made a compliment without anybody sensing anything freaky, but I couldn´t brng myself to it. She was so young (about 15-16, I would guess), innocent, and shy.
I´m thinking about something I could do or say when I should run into her again.
Any suggestions?
