I've been on deviantART for over a year and had absolutely no problems with any type of censorship or anything, I think that the people who were banned were banned because they were putting sexually explicit things in their damn banners, anything sexually explicit has to be marked as sexually explicit so having someone with a cock in their hair in your banner image is definitely going to get you fucking banned
