At the moment it is optimized for 24gb vram so if you have less just decrease the desired frames or resolution. For testing I would start with 400 resolution and 50 frames and den increase slowly until your vram is at 99% but not overloaded.

You also have to download the loras which I used there. Just google the names and download it from github and put them into the folders.
