Pop-up stopper seems to work both directly and indirectly. By this I mean that it directly prevents some pop-ups from opening, and indirectly because while it seems some pop-ups defeat pop-up stopper, pop-up stopper seems to minimize the endless types of this type of pop-up (SPAM) that I used to get.
