The clip was initially posted in @sadness__20 on instagram, this i am sure because I saw it in the account. (when the account was active)

Then the username of the account was changed to @chamomile._20. I didn't exactly remember the username before, but after Anon mentioned it, my memory of visiting the page came back and it was @chamomile._20. After that, the account became inactive.

I googled "@chamomile._20 long hair" and all of the pictures were similar to what i saw on @sadness__20.

As per the hair color, it changes over time. It also changes based on light. In the video u posted there is direct sunlight on her hair.

Also the way she plays with her hair (It looks slightly different because she has longer hair now) in the video u posted looks similar to how tamila plays with her hair. the background in the video and the pictures is also similar to some of the pictures and video of tamila on the internet. It is definitely tamila.
