Don't let fantasy get in the way of a good reality.

Many (most?) of the guys here will never get to be with a woman with healthy hip-length hair, let alone one who grew it longer because she knew how much her man appreciates it.

If marriage is in your future, maybe you could persuade her to grow it out to classic length for the wedding.
