I followed the first two and their cuts are very recent so I can answer the overall popularity question for those. In the first pic is Leona Mia, her popualarity didn't really change. She is just as a popular as she was with long hair. As for the second one, that's Andreina Deluxe. Her popularity definitely suffered since she was popular among long haired fetishists as she did hairjobs and stuff and called herself latin rapunzel. There is no info about their partners, maybe they keep it private or don't have any yet. I don't really know much about the bottom ones since they aren't recent and cuts happened a long time ago.
