I'm with you Olde Guy... being old also... not only do they tend to go shorter when they age,

but once grey starts setting in, it changes the texture and becomes more brittle and sometimes kinky...

I have no problem loving long grey hair if it's in good condition...

but that gets more and more rare as WE age...
