I agree with Captian here, people just see women like that as just having long hair. Its like if you're really into boobs and you see a girl with huge boobs you have to collect your thoughts and talk normally, while it is a good ice breaker, i tend not to lead with it. I once was in a bar with my friends and i met this hispanic girl there who had hair to her thighs and bangs. I went up to the bar and told her i liked her style which is similar but different. I commented on her boots and said she looked like a badass and we clicked. I bought her a drink and ended up spending most the night with her and got her number even. We went out for a while and hooked up a few times but eventually it fizzled out. If its not the right personality, dont just date her for her hair
